Storm damage doesn’t wait until Monday

A lightning strike, the 2025 ice storm, an April windstorm — all cleared by this crew. If a limb is on the roof or across the drive right now, call. Someone answers.

The part you’re paying for

This is how far up it actually goes

A removal costs what it costs because somebody has to go up there — on a rope, with a saw, bringing the tree down in sections when there’s nowhere to drop it.

Near the top, roping down the last of the trunk.
Harnessed in, cutting a limb at a time.

What we do

What we take on

Tree removal

Whole trees taken down, including tall ones and trees with no room to drop — climbed and removed in sections.

Storm damage cleanup

Lightning, ice and wind damage cleared — including after the 2025 ice storm.

Stump grinding

Stumps ground out after the tree is down. Ask whether it’s in your quote or priced separately.

Trimming & pruning

Limbs off the roof and the drive, and general trimming before they become the next problem.

Questions

What people ask before they book

Do you really answer at night?

Storm calls are the reason the number is listed around the clock. If a limb is on the house, call (502) 416-3141 rather than waiting for morning.

Is an estimate free?

Yes. We come out, look at the tree and give you a number, with nothing owed if you decide against it.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured. Ask to see the certificate before work starts — any honest tree company will show you.

Can you take a tree down in a tight spot?

That’s most of the work. The photos above are a removal done from a rope, a section at a time, because there was nowhere to drop the tree.

Do you grind the stump too?

Yes. Ask when you get the quote whether grinding is included, so there’s no surprise at the end.

Where do you work?

Louisville and the surrounding Jefferson County area, out of Bruce Ave in the south end. Call and ask if you’re just outside it.
